Gareth Fowler has been a leader in tenant referencing since he founded Keysafe in 2000. He has also been quick to recognise the impact of new regulation on the property sector, being one of the first providers to offer a comprehensive solution to the Right to Rent legislation introduced to require landlords to check the immigration status of their tenants.
David Smith is a lawyer with Anthony Gold solicitors and has been involved in the letting and estate agency sectors since he first started in law. He is particularly well-known for his work in new areas of regulation and law touching the sector, often taking the first cases around novel regulatory issues.
Together David and Gareth have collaborated over Right to Rent, bringing comprehensive training and support to the sector, and have widened this in tackling GDPR. They are determined to provide training and advice which is both legally accurate but also recognises the unique nature of the sector and its particular challenges. They are determined to provide training which is pragmatic, relevant, and high-quality at a reasonable cost making it accessible to all agents.
